Painting of Krishna and Arjuna in the battlefield.
The above picture illustrates Arjuna in the battlefield with Lord Krishna driving the chariot. On the battlefield when Arjuna was hesitating to fight with the Kaurava clan, Lord Krishna guided Arjun with the verse of Gita and told him about the Dharma that needs to be considered first.
Arjuna was the third of the 5 Pandavas from his father Pandu (The king of Hastinapur) and two Mothers Kunti and Madri. Subhadra and Draupadi were his two wives and Yudhishthira, Bhima, Nakula and Sahadeva were his brothers.
Krishna was the eighth son of King Vasudev and his wife Devaki and he was raised by Nanda and Yashoda to save his life from his uncle Kansa.
