How do I register myself as an artist on IndiGalleria?

Once you can click on "Signup" you will have an option to "Register an Account" as an Artist. Just click on that, fill in the details and your request will reach us. Our team will then contact you and will take your registration forward.

If you want to register yourself as an artist, DO NOT try Sign-up through Facebook or Google! Once you are approved then you can sign in through Facebook or Gmail.


Can artists outside of India also register on IndiGalleria?

IndiGalleria, founded with a purpose to provide a platform to Indian artists to showcase their talents to the world, now welcomes all the artists on a single platform.


If I register on IndiGalleria.Com, can I also register elsewhere?

Yes, you can register elsewhere also but will have to make sure that the artwork that is listed on other websites, MRP is shared with us. Also, in case you sell these artworks on your own, you have to remove them from IndiGalleria.com immediately.

 

Is there any registration fee for artists?

Effective for 20 Jul 2020, the fresh registration fee would be Rs.1000 per year

How many Artworks can I upload at a given time?

You can upload up to 25 Artworks for a period of 6 months which can be extended up to one year if you are an active artist. You will get an option to upload more if any of them is sold. Also, IndiGalleria.com can choose to increase or decrease the number of artworks you can upload at any time. If you want to upload more of your artwork over and above 25 artworks at a time then you have to pay a fee of INR 500/- for another 25 artworks for 6 months visibility.


What are your payment policies?

IndiGalleria.com has the most transparent payment system. For all the artworks sold to a buyer, the artist will be paid after 21 days of the delivery of the artwork to the buyer. What will you do to sell my artwork?

We at IndiGalleria.com believe in equal opportunity for all artists. Our curators and art advisors will provide their feedback on the price and other aspects of the artwork. We market your artworks online through the various online marketing mediums available. Our objective is to ensure that the right art reaches the right set of collectors and curators worldwide.


How do I price my artworks?

IndiGalleria.com allows each artist to determine the price of their work themselves. However, our internal art advisory team will check the prices before approving any artwork. They have the right to reject any artwork if they feel that the price quoted is too high. Our objective is to make art accessible to all.


I uploaded my artworks, they are showing as Inactive. What should I do?

Our art advisory team generally takes up to 48 working hours to approve all artworks. However, in case it has been more than 48 working hours and it's still showing pending, we request you to write to indigalleria@gmail.com or info@indigalleria.com and we shall get back to you at the earliest.


What happens if the work is not sold?

We want to maintain freshness on the portal. To provide equal opportunity to all artists, the artworks uploaded will be live only for 180 days on the website. If not sold within 180 days, they may get removed from the website. To keep them active, we request you to update the works before 180 days. A notification may be sent to you accordingly.


What should I do if I sell this artwork somewhere else?

In case the artwork that you have uploaded on IndiGalleria.com is sold somewhere else, we request you to immediately remove it from IndiGalleria.com. If it is not removed and it's sold on IndiGalleria.com as well, the responsibility to provide the artwork or refund the sale price to the buyer will be with you.


How do I know if my artwork is sold?

IndiGalleria.com sends a notification to the artists through email and WhatsApp if any of their listed artwork is sold online. Our team will also contact you to inform you and take your details. Please make sure that your details like email id, address and phone numbers are always updated on our website.


How do I send the work to you? Is there a timeline for this?

You can send your artwork in the rolled or framed form to our registered office - Dwarka, New Delhi (India). The artwork should be shipped out within 24 hours of receiving the notification of sale. Please ensure you don't miss the timeline as this might affect customer relations and in turn future sales.
