Welcome to IndiGalleria, an online art destination located at https://www.indigalleria.com (the "Site") where artists and art lovers can sell and buy original works of art (the "Art") online and participate in an online art community (the "Services"). The Services are provided by IndiGalleria ("IndiGalleria.com" or "we") to you ("you" or "user"), subject to the following terms and conditions outlined in these Terms and Conditions. 

Acceptance of Terms:

Before you use the Services, we require that you read and accept these Terms of Service. If you visit, shop, or otherwise participate in the Services on the Site, you accept these Terms of Service. If you choose not to accept these Terms of Service, you may not access or otherwise use the Site or Services. If you have any questions regarding these Terms of Service, please contact our Customer Service department at info@indigalleria.com. In addition, when using particular IndiGalleria-owned or operated services, you shall be subject to any posted policies, guidelines, or rules applicable to such services. All such policies, guidelines, and rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

Modifications:
We may, at our sole discretion, change, modify, add or remove any portion of these Terms of Service, in whole or in part, from time to time and at any time without notice to you, by posting such changes on the Site. Your continued use of the Site and the Services after such changes are posted will constitute your agreement to such changed Terms of Service. These Terms of Service were last revised on 1^st Apr 2025

PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS 

Capacity to Contract:

The Services are available only to individuals or entities that can form legally binding contracts. Without limiting the foregoing, neither minors (persons under the age of 18) nor individuals who have been suspended from the Services may participate in the Services. If you are under the age of 18, you can use the Services only in conjunction with, and under the supervision of, your parents or legal guardian(s).

Registration:
In order to participate in the Services, you must register with IndiGalleria by filling out our registration form and providing certain information to us. When you are notified that your registration has been accepted, you will become a "Registered User". You agree that the information on your registration form is complete and accurate and that you will update it in order to keep it current. IndiGalleria reserves the right to disapprove, suspend, or terminate your registration for any reason, at its sole discretion, and to prohibit you from participating in the Services. Further, the rights granted to you as a Registered User may not be transferred or sold to another party.

IndiGalleria operates on the good faith assumption that any individual registering as an "artist" on the platform and uploading artwork has agreed to abide by the stated terms of sale. IndiGalleria shall not be held liable for any discrepancies, misrepresentations, or inaccuracies in the artist’s educational background or other personal information.

Prospective buyers seeking further clarification regarding an artist’s credentials or background are advised to contact IndiGalleria for verification prior to making a purchase or arranging for delivery.

In the event that any information provided by the artist is found to be false, misleading, or intentionally misrepresented, IndiGalleria reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove the artist from the platform without prior notice.

Login ID, Password, and Security:

During the registration process, you will select a Username and Password. You are solely responsible in all respects for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of your Username and Password. You agree to notify IndiGalleria immediately of any unauthorized use of any Username and Password and any other breach of security regarding the Services.

IndiGalleria's Relationship with You:

IndiGalleria is not a party to any transaction relating to the Art. IndiGalleria is only a venue for artists (s) to list their Art and for buyers to purchase such Art. IndiGalleria has no control over the artist(s), buyers, or any aspect of the transactions. We are a meeting ground for buyers and artists, and tax liabilities are with buyers and artists.

Release:

In the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release IndiGalleria (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

Information Control:

You understand that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, video, messages, and or other materials (User Content), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted via the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. You are responsible for all the User Content that you upload, post, broadcast, display, email, transmit, or otherwise make available via the Service. IndiGalleria cannot control the information provided by users, which is made available through the Services. Users may find other users' information to be offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. Please use caution and common sense when using the Site. IndiGalleria has no control over the quality or legality of the Art listed, the truth or accuracy of the listings, or any other information provided by a user about the Art. Please inform us in case you find any content objectionable or illegal, and we will do our best to verify and take suitable action.

HOW TO SELL AND SELLING DETAILS

Listing and Selling:

You must be a “Registered User” to list and sell Artwork.

Listing Policy:

To list your Artwork for sale on the Site, you agree to complete and submit to us all applicable information, along with images of your Artwork, provided such images are in an acceptable format.

Listing Period:

Artwork will be listed on the IndiGalleria website for 180 days to ensure the content remains fresh. After this period, IndiGalleria may either remove the artwork or charge a fee, which will be communicated in advance. Listed artworks may expire and be delisted after 180 days.

We reserve the right to remove any artwork at any time if it is deemed inappropriate. All artworks submitted are reviewed by our art advisory and curatorial team, who hold the final authority on whether the work will be displayed on the website.

Basic Listing Obligation:

By listing Art on the Site, the artist(s) agree to sell the Art once a buyer has completed the check-out process.

Refunds:
A buyer in India may receive a full refund if ordered as unframed on their purchase by returning the Art to IndiGalleria if it is damaged or received the wrong artwork is received and informs us within 3 days of receipt of the artwork. Please note that the shipping and handling charges will be paid by the buyer in this case if a new artwork of similar cost is to be delivered to him. Not applicable if ordered as Framed or in Custom Size, or if the Delivery is outside India.

PURCHASING ARTWORK

Purchasing:

One must be a Registered User in order to purchase the Artwork. Buyers are obligated to complete the sale transaction upon completion of the checkout process. A Guest can also buy artwork after verifying his/her mobile number and email ID.

Bidding: This will be intimated once we activate this feature.

Buyer Liable for Purchase Price, Freight and Transportation Fees, Custom Duties / Custom Charges, and Taxes (updated from time to time). 

Buyers are liable for the posted purchase price of the piece(s) of Art, any insurance, and Customs Duties. Charges, packing, freight, and shipping fees associated with the purchase, and any applicable taxes (collectively, the "Purchase Fees"), except in the promotion period when IndiGalleria may offer free shipping from time to time. International customers must note that our costs do not cover Customs Clearance Fees and Customs Duties. If applicable, these charges would be collected by the courier partner at the time of delivery, or they might connect with you before delivery for payments. These charges vary from country to country and are subject to frequent changes - hence we can't give you an estimate of the same.

Payments:

Payment for the Art for Indian customers (delivery within India) by Credit card/QR Code/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS (details available at the time of checkout) &/or by Cheque Payment (details available at checkout/subject to clearance by Bank before shipping Art) as specified on the Site.  If payment is made by cheque, the piece(s) of Art will not be marked as sold until the cheque clears and payment is received by IndiGalleria. If the cheque is not received within 3 days of the purchase being actioned, the order will be deemed as cancelled.

DELIVERING THE PURCHASED ART

Shipping and Packing by Artists (Seller):

Artist(s) shall pack the piece(s) of Art and send them to IndiGalleria’s registered office in Delhi. The artist has to bear the shipping cost. IndiGalleria will open the shipment to double-check the details before shipping it again to the buyer. The Buyer pays for all the shipping charges, which include the cost from IndiGalleria’s office to his/her shipping address. In the promotion period, this may be waived as per the discretion of IndiGalleria from time to time, which means we may complement the shipping charges, and IndiGalleria will pay for them. The piece(s) of Art should be packed so as to protect them during shipment, which is the shipper’s responsibility, and photographs or a short video film must be shared with the receiver. Artwork must be shipped by the artist to IndiGalleria within 24 hrs. set by IndiGalleria.

Packing and Shipping by IndiGalleria:

Team IndiGalleria shall pack the sold artwork, and it will be picked up by the trusted shippers of IndiGalleria. The Buyer pays for all the shipping charges (in promotion periods, this may be waived at per discretion of IndiGalleria from time to time), which means we may complement the shipping charges and IndiGalleria will pay for it. The piece(s) of art will be packed so as to protect them during shipment, which is our responsibility. IndiGalleria shall participate in the packing and shipping process, and IndiGalleria is liable for any damages of any kind arising from the packing or shipment of any Art. We process high-grade packaging for all our shipments so that they can absorb jerks and stack weight in transit, and reach you in a safe and sound condition. Painting rolls are put in hard protective tubes and sealed at both ends. We may share short videos or photographs of the art piece in order and packed correctly will be shared with the buyer before shipping.

Artwork shall be shipped within the deadline of 7 days set by IndiGalleria. If at the end of the 7-day period, the artwork has not been shipped for any reason that may be beyond our control, the Order will be refunded to the buyer. If an order cannot be delivered to the address provided by the buyer and the artwork is returned to IndiGalleria, the order will be treated as a “return” and then the buyer will have to pay extra shipping charges to get the work delivered again.

Freight and Transportation:

The buyer is responsible for the costs associated with all freight, shipping, and other costs related to transporting the Art from IndiGalleria, unless, in a promotion period, we are paying for the shipping charges.

Ownership Transfer:

Ownership of the artwork shall transfer from the seller to the buyer upon full payment confirmation. However, the risk associated with the artwork shall remain with the seller until the shipment is received by the buyer. Once received, all risk and responsibility for the artwork transfer to the buyer.

FEES, COMMISSIONS, AND PAYMENTS TO ARTIST

Fees and Commissions:

Our seller fees and commissions are already added to every work sold, and statutory Taxes are also added to each work sold by an artist. IndiGalleria may change its fees, payments, and commissions from time to time.

Remittance of Proceeds:

IndiGalleria shall remit the Purchase Fees to the seller, after first deducting IndiGalleria’s posted fees and commissions, within fifteen (15) days after the later of (i) the date of shipment of the Art to the buyer and (ii) the date when IndiGalleria verifies receipt of the “Purchase Amount” from the buyer. All payments will be made by bank transfer or cheque to the seller artist(s) after statutory (TDS) deductions as per the Law.

GOVERNMENT GOODS & SERVICES TAXES (GST)

Tax Responsibility:

Title to the Art does not pass to IndiGalleria once an Artist(s) uploads h/er art/craft work. The seller is the retailer for Tax purposes. The seller shall file all Tax returns in accordance with applicable Law, and each seller shall indemnify IndiGalleria against any tax, cost, or expense relating to the failure of such seller to satisfy any Tax liability related to the sale of such seller's Art. We are just facilitators for the buyers and sellers to meet. Note that statutory (TDS) deductions as per Law are IndiGalleria’s responsibility.

RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES

Any information that a seller (artist)  provide during the registration, listing or sale/purchase process and your activities or user of the Services on the Site shall not: (i) be false, inaccurate or misleading; (ii) be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items; (iii) infringe any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy; (iv) violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including, but not limited to, those governing export control, consumer protection, unfair competition, antidiscrimination or false advertising); (v) be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing; (vi) be obscene or contain child pornography; (vii) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, Easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; (viii) create liability for IndiGalleria or cause it to lose (in whole or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers; or (ix) link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that: (a) are prohibited under these Terms of Service; (b) are concurrently listed for sale on a website other than the Site; or (c) you do not have a right to link to or include.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Copyright Violations:

If you believe that your material or the material of another user has been wrongfully used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please let us know. In order for IndiGalleria to investigate and address your complaint, please provide IndiGalleria with all information available. If a clear infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, publicity rights or other right comes to our attention, we reserve the right to delete all infringing material from the Site and to suspend you from using the Services, even without receiving a complaint from the person whose rights have been infringed.

How We Handle Copyright Violations:

Upon receiving notice of a potential copyright infringement, IndiGalleria may immediately delete or suspend access to the infringing material. We may also provide the user who posted the allegedly infringing material with contact information for the complaining party and may ask that the user work with the complaining party to resolve the dispute. If IndiGalleria has deleted or suspended access to materials you posted on the Site because of a complaint that the posting infringed someone else's copyright, it will attempt to provide you with written notice of its actions. If you disagree with such actions and want to have the materials returned to the Site, please provide us with a written response within ten (10) days after receiving the notice from us (a "Response"). Each Response must contain the following - 

(1) Why is that work not an infringement?

Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the District Court of NCT of Delhi and that you will accept service of process from the person who complained that posting the materials constituted a copyright infringement or from an agent of that person. Also, you agree to bear all legal expenses for a lawyer to contest your case. We will follow the directives of this court.

A copy of your response, including your name and address, will be sent to the person who complained about your posting. IndiGalleria will then decide, in its sole discretion, whether to re-display the deleted materials on the “Site”. Please note that if you are complaining about a copyright infringement, we would like you also to mention the same 2 points, except that you will put in writing why the work is an infringement, and you should be able to contest this legally with all legal expenses on your part.

(2) Your Information

You agree to grant IndiGalleria a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sub-licensable license to exercise the copyright, publicity, and database rights you have in the information you have provided to us, in any media now known or not currently known, including, without limitation, any images of your pieces of Art. IndiGalleria will use such information solely to enable it to provide the Services.

The Site and Services:

IndiGalleria grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this Site. The trademarks, trade names, designs, and all material contained on this Site, including all portions of the website, content, site design, text, graphics, and all intellectual property rights thereto ("Site Content") are the sole and exclusive property of IndiGalleria or its licensors. The use of any such property for any other reason, on any other website, or the modification, distribution or republication of this material without the prior written permission of IndiGalleria, is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by IndiGalleria. You are granted a limited, revocable, and nonexclusive right to create a hyperlink to the home page of IndiGalleria or your profile page so long as the link does not portray IndiGalleria, its affiliates, or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory, or otherwise offensive manner.

DISCLAIMER; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Disclaimer:
The art, site and services, including all content, functions, materials, and information made available on or accessed through the site or the services, are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, including without limitation, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. IndiGalleria does not warrant that the art, services, or functions, features, or content of the site will be timely, accurate, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranty that the art, site, or services will meet users' requirements or expectations, and expressly disclaim any warranties or guarantees that by listing art on the site, the listed art will be sold. If you are dissatisfied with the site or any services, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the site and the services. IndiGalleria makes no warranty regarding any art purchased or obtained through the site or any transactions entered into through the services. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from IndiGalleria or through the services shall create any warranty not expressly made herein. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to certain users. IndiGalleria expressly disclaims any endorsement or warranty of any art sold on or through the services and any responsibility for any misrepresentations or breaches committed by another user.

Limitation of Liability:

In no event shall IndiGalleria be liable for any damages of any kind arising from (i) any injury to any person or property caused by the art, (ii) defects in such art on any theory of liability, or (iii) any return of any art. In addition, in no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages that are directly or indirectly related to the use of, or the inability to use, the services, the site or its content, including without limitation, loss of revenue or anticipated profits or lost business or lost sales, even if collegeartonline.com or an authorized representative thereof has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to certain users. In no event shall the total liability of IndiGalleria to you for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including, but not limited to, negligence, product liability or otherwise) arising from these terms of service or your use of the site and the services exceed, in the aggregate, Indian Rupees 1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only). 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION & INDEMNITY

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be settled in the NCT of Delhi (India) Courts where the company is based. We will not entertain any other cases in any other Court. If this is acceptable to you, please go ahead and use the site; otherwise, please do not use the website.

Indemnity:
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless IndiGalleria, its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees, from claims, demands and damages, actual and consequential, of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any breach or violation by you of these Terms of Service, any use by you of the Site or any disputes or damages arising out of your use of or contracts formed with you through this Site.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Eligibility:
Only Registered Users are eligible to participate in the Services.

Third-Party Links:

Where IndiGalleria provides links to third-party Internet sites, no representations or endorsements are made in connection with such sites. IndiGalleria is not liable for any damages or injury arising from the use or visit to such sites.

Modification and Availability:

IndiGalleria may, at any time, delete, modify, or supplement the content of the Site without prior notice. IndiGalleria reserves the right, for any reason, at its sole discretion, to terminate, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site or the Services, including, but not limited to, content, features, or time of availability. IndiGalleria may also impose limits on certain features of the Services or restrict your access to part or all of the Site or the Service without notice or penalty.

Monitoring:
You agree that IndiGalleria has the right, but not the obligation, to monitor at any time, for any reason at its sole discretion, all material and content on the Site. IndiGalleria reserves the right at all times to edit, disclose, or refuse to post any material or information or request the removal of or remove any material or information from the Site.

Access and Interference:

You agree that you will not use any automatic device or manual process to monitor or copy IndiGalleria web pages or the content contained herein. You agree that you will not use any device, software, or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on IndiGalleria’s infrastructure.

Service Integrity:

IndiGalleria makes reasonable commercial efforts to make its Services and Site available at all times. However, IndiGalleria is not responsible for any interruptions, including, but not limited to, interruptions that may affect the receipt, processing, or acceptance of any aspect of a sale.

Termination:
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IndiGalleria until terminated by you or IndiGalleria, which IndiGalleria may do at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. If you become dissatisfied with the Services or the Site in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Services.

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are made and shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the NCT of Delhi (India).

Injunctive Relief:

It is understood and agreed that, notwithstanding any other provisions of these Terms of Service, breach of the provisions of these Terms of Service by you will cause IndiGalleria irreparable damage for which recovery of money damages would be inadequate, and that we shall therefore be entitled to obtain timely injunctive relief to protect our rights under these Terms of Service in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.

Severability:
If any provision of these Terms of Service shall be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law or be so held by the applicable court decision, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms of Service unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and, in such event, such provision shall be changed and interpreted to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable or invalid provision within the limits of applicable law or applicable court decisions.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms of Service comprise the entire agreement between you and IndiGalleria and supersede all prior agreements between the parties, regarding the subject matter contained herein. All provisions in these Terms of Service regarding representations and warranties, indemnification, disclaimers, and limitations on liability shall survive any termination of these Terms of Service.

How do I sign up/register myself?

You can click on the top right corner of the portal, www.indigalleria.com. After that, click on "Create Account" to register. We may ask for OTP for mobile and/or email verifications.

How do I place an order on IndiGalleria?

Placing an order on IndiGalleria is a simple three-step process. Step 1: Click on the "Add to Cart" icon next to any work you like. The artworks will then be added to the cart. Step 2: Click on "Checkout" when you are ready to make the payment. Fill in the details like Address, Phone number, etc. Step 3: Click on "Pay Now" to make the payment, where you select the payment method and make the payment.

What is an Authenticity Certificate?

An Authenticity Certificate is a document issued by the artist that certifies the artwork as an original and unique creation. At IndiGalleria, we ensure that all artworks sold are authentic and original.

I need help choosing the right artwork. Can you help?

How long will it take to receive my order?

We strive to deliver your artwork as quickly as possible once your order is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your location, but typically takes 6–7 working days for domestic orders and 10–15 working days for international orders (excluding local statutory holidays). You'll be notified via email and/or WhatsApp at every stage of the process. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at info@indigalleria.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Typically, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, we do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Since processing begins immediately, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

I have received my artwork, but it's damaged. What should I do?

At IndiGalleria, we ensure that every artwork undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. We also share close-up photos or a short video of your artwork during packing, as proof of its pristine condition at dispatch. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@indigalleria.com for a prompt response and resolution.

Will I get my artwork framed?

Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to framing, which is why we at IndiGalleria usually ship artworks in a rolled format. However, some artworks may be shipped framed, depending on the piece. If you need any assistance or guidance with framing options, feel free to contact us at info@indigalleria.com.

Who do I contact if I have any questions?

All contact options are available through the Contact Us button located at the bottom right corner of our website. Additionally, you can reach us via WhatsApp by clicking the WhatsApp icon at the top of the page.

Is it safe to make the payment online?

Your safety and security are our top priorities. That’s why we never ask customers to share their bank or credit card details through any communication channel or with any team member. We partner with trusted payment gateways like PayPal and PayU Money, which use state-of-the-art technology and secure servers to ensure safe and encrypted online transactions.

FAQs for Artists:

How do I register as an artist on IndiGalleria?

Click "Signup" and choose "Register an Account as an Artist." Fill in your details, verify your email and mobile number, and complete the additional information requested. You’ll receive an automatic email with the full list of required documents. Once we receive everything, our team will review your submission and contact you if approved by our curator.

Please note: New artists must receive approval before they are granted access to upload their artwork

Can artists outside of India also register on IndiGalleria?

IndiGalleria was founded with the goal of providing a platform for Indian artists to showcase their talents to the world. However, we now welcome artists from all around the globe to join our platform.

I am already registered, but unable to upload artwork. What should I do?

As mentioned, uploading privileges are only granted after artist approval. To proceed, please send your resume along with clear images of your artwork (including details and pricing) to indigalleria@gmail.com. Ensure that each image is under 500 KB in size and that all files are included in a single email for easier review. Our approval team will review your submission and contact you with the next steps upon approval.

If I register on IndiGalleria, can I also register elsewhere?

Yes, you can register on other websites. However, you must ensure that the price of your artwork is the same on all websites, including IndiGalleria. Also, if you sell any artwork elsewhere or directly, you must immediately remove it from IndiGalleria.

Is there any registration fee for artists?

Yes, there is a registration fee for artists on IndiGalleria.

Initial registration fee: Rs.2000

Annual renewal fee: Rs.1000 (starting one year after initial registration)

How many artworks can I upload at a time?

You can upload up to 25 artworks for a period of 6 months, which may be extended. If any of your artworks are sold, you’ll have the option to upload more. IndiGalleria reserves the right to increase or decrease the upload limit at any time.

What is the listing period for an artwork?

Artwork will be listed on the IndiGalleria website for 180 days to ensure the content remains fresh. After this period, IndiGalleria may either remove the artwork or charge a fee, which will be communicated in advance. Listed artworks may expire and be delisted after 180 days.

We reserve the right to remove any artwork at any time if it is deemed inappropriate. All artworks submitted are reviewed by our art advisory and curatorial team, who hold the final authority on whether the work will be displayed on the website.

What are your payment policies?

IndiGalleria follows a transparent payment process. Artists are paid 15 days after the delivery of the artwork to the buyer.

What will you do to sell my artwork?

We at IndiGalleria believe in equal opportunity for all artists. Our curators and art advisors will provide their feedback on the price and other aspects of the artwork. We market your artworks online through the various online marketing channels available. Our objective is to ensure that the right art reaches the right set of art lovers, collectors, and curators worldwide.

How do I price my artworks?

IndiGalleria allows each artist to determine the price of their work themselves. However, our internal art advisory team will check the prices before approving any artwork. They have the right to reject any artwork if they feel that the price quoted does not match its quality. Our objective is to make art accessible to all.

I uploaded my artwork; it is showing as Inactive. What should I do?

Our art approval team generally takes up to 48 working hours to approve the artworks. However, in case it has been more than 48 working hours and it's still showing pending, we request you to write to indigalleria@gmail.com, and we shall get back to you at the earliest.

What happens if the work is not sold?

We want to maintain freshness on the portal. To provide equal opportunity to all artists, the artworks uploaded will be live only for 180 days on the website. If not sold within 180 days, they may be removed from the website. To keep them active, we request that you update the work within 180 days. A notification may be sent to you accordingly.

What should I do if I sell this artwork somewhere else?

In case the artwork that you have uploaded to IndiGalleria is sold somewhere else, we request that you immediately remove it from IndiGalleria. If it is not removed and it's sold on IndiGalleria as well, the responsibility to provide the artwork or refund the sale price to the buyer will be with you.

How do I know if my artwork has been sold?

IndiGalleria sends a notification to the artists through email and WhatsApp, or a call, if any of their listed artwork is sold online. Please make sure that your details, like email ID, address, and phone number, are always updated on our website.

How do I send the work to you? Is there a timeline for this?

You can send your artwork in the rolled or framed form to our registered office - Dwarka, New Delhi (India). The artwork should be shipped out within 24 hours of receiving the notification of sale. Please ensure you don't miss the timeline as this might result in the cancellation of the order or affect customer relations and, in turn, future sales.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. GENERAL

1.1 All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have such meanings as have been assigned to them respectively in the Terms. The rules of interpretation contained in the Terms shall also apply to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is at all times required to be read along with the Terms.
