Cancellation and Refund
IndiGalleria always ensures that the art you see is the art you receive. If you have any doubts or concerns, you can always request additional images or videos of the artwork before placing an order.
Order Cancellation:
Typically, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, we allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Since processing begins immediately, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Note: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, free cancellation may still be allowed upon request if the artwork has not yet been shipped.
RETURN POLICY
Return Period:
Unless otherwise stated under "Returns" for a particular artwork, a buyer may return a piece only if it is received in damaged condition. The damage must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order.
The artwork must then be shipped back within 7 days of delivery (the "Return Period").
If the return is not shipped within this period, it will be deemed as accepted, and the order amount will be paid to the artist.
No Return and Refund Conditions:
· If the buyer fails to report the issue within 72 hours of receiving the artwork.
· If the artwork is framed or in a custom size.
· If the reason for return does not meet the criteria stated above.
Return Process:
When an artwork is packed, we take great care to ensure it is free from defects or damage. If any defect is found during packing, we either fix the issue or issue a full refund before shipping.

1. If the package is damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept it and return it to the delivery person.
2. Photograph the packaging and email the images along with your Order ID to us at info@indigalleria.com
3. If damage is discovered after opening the package, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery and follow the same steps.
4. Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the artwork:
If the damage is rectifiable, we will fix and return it.
If the damage is not rectifiable, we will process a full refund.
Note: If the artwork was shipped framed, and the frame is damaged, please note that the frame is complimentary, and refunds will not be issued for frame damage. We charge only for the artwork itself.
Refund Policy:
· Refunds are only processed for wrong orders or damaged items, as outlined above.
· Once the return is approved and complete, we will initiate your refund within 2 working days.
· The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.
· Your bank may take additional time based on its policies.
· You will be informed immediately once the refund is processed.
