How do I sign up/register myself?
You can click on the top right corner of the portal, www.indigalleria.com. After that, click on "Create Account" to register. We may ask for OTP for mobile and/or email verification.
How do I place an order on IndiGalleria?
Placing an order on IndiGalleria is a simple three-step process. Step 1: Click on the "Add to Cart" icon next to any work you like. The artworks will then be added to the cart. Step 2: Click on "Checkout" when you are ready to make the payment. Fill in the details like Address, Phone number, etc. Step 3: Click on "Pay Now" to make the payment, where you select the payment method and make the payment.
What is an Authenticity Certificate?
An Authenticity Certificate is a document issued by the artist that certifies the artwork as an original and unique creation. At IndiGalleria, we ensure that all artworks sold are authentic and original.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We strive to deliver your artwork as quickly as possible once your order is confirmed. Delivery time depends on your location, but typically takes 6–7 working days for domestic orders and 10–15 working days for international orders (excluding local statutory holidays). Can I cancel my order?
Typically, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, we do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Since processing begins immediately, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
I have received my artwork, but it's damaged. What should I do?
At IndiGalleria, we ensure that every artwork undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. We also share close-up photos or a short video of your artwork during packing, as proof of its pristine condition at dispatch. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@indigalleria.com for a prompt response and resolution.
Will I get my artwork framed?
Everyone has their own preferences when it comes to framing, which is why we at IndiGalleria usually ship artworks in a rolled format. However, some artworks may be shipped framed, depending on the piece. If you need any assistance or guidance with framing options, feel free to contact us at info@indigalleria.com.
Who do I contact if I have any questions?
All contact options are available through the Contact Us button located at the bottom right corner of our website. Additionally, you can reach us via WhatsApp by clicking the WhatsApp icon at the top of the page.
Is it safe to make the payment online?
Your safety and security are our top priorities. That’s why we never ask customers to share their bank or credit card details through any communication channel or with any team member. We partner with trusted payment gateways like PayPal and PayU Money, which use state-of-the-art technology and secure servers to ensure safe and encrypted online transactions.
