How do I register as an artist on IndiGalleria?
Click "Signup" and choose "Register an Account as an Artist." Fill in your details, verify your email and mobile number, and complete the additional information requested. You’ll receive an automatic email with the full list of required documents. Once we receive everything, our team will review your submission and contact you if approved by our curator.
Please note: New artists must receive approval before they are granted access to upload their artwork
Can artists outside of India also register on IndiGalleria?
IndiGalleria was founded with the goal of providing a platform for Indian artists to showcase their talents to the world. However, we now welcome artists from all around the globe to join our platform.
I am already registered, but I am unable to upload the artwork. What should I do?
As mentioned, uploading privileges are only granted after artist approval. To proceed, please send your resume along with clear images of your artwork (including details and pricing) to indigalleria@gmail.com. Ensure that each image is under 500 KB in size and that all files are included in a single email for easier review. Our approval team will review your submission and contact you with the next steps upon approval.
If I register on IndiGalleria, can I also register elsewhere?
Yes, you can register on other websites. However, you must ensure that the price of your artwork is the same on all websites, including IndiGalleria. Also, if you sell any artwork elsewhere or directly, you must immediately remove it from IndiGalleria.
Is there any registration fee for artists?
Yes, there is a registration fee for artists on IndiGalleria.

How many artworks can I upload at a time?
You can upload up to 25 artworks for a period of 6 months, which may be extended. If any of your artworks are sold, you’ll have the option to upload more. IndiGalleria reserves the right to increase or decrease the upload limit at any time.
If you'd like to upload more than the set limit, please send a request to indigalleria@gmail.com.
What is the listing period for an artwork?
Artwork will be listed on the IndiGalleria website for 180 days to ensure the content remains fresh. After this period, IndiGalleria may either remove the artwork or charge a fee, which will be communicated in advance. Listed artworks may expire and be delisted after 180 days.
We reserve the right to remove any artwork at any time if it is deemed inappropriate. All artworks submitted are reviewed by our art advisory and curatorial team, who hold the final authority on whether the work will be displayed on the website.
Please note that artists cannot independently remove their artworks. To request removal, the artist must send an email notification. All removal actions will be executed by IndiGalleria. Once an artwork has been approved and listed, artists cannot edit or remove it on their own.
What are your payment policies?
IndiGalleria follows a transparent payment process. Artists are paid 15 days after the delivery of the artwork to the buyer.

What will you do to sell my artwork?
We at IndiGalleria believe in equal opportunity for all artists. Our curators and art advisors will provide their feedback on the price and other aspects of the artwork. We market your artworks online through the various online marketing channels available. Our objective is to ensure that the right art reaches the right set of art lovers, collectors, and curators worldwide.
How do I price my artworks?
IndiGalleria allows each artist to determine the price of their work themselves. However, our internal art advisory team will check the prices before approving any artwork. They have the right to reject any artwork if they feel that the price quoted does not match its quality. Our objective is to make art accessible to all.
I uploaded my artwork; it is showing as Inactive. What should I do?
Our art approval team generally takes up to 48 working hours to approve the artworks. However, in case it has been more than 48 working hours and it's still showing pending, we request you to write to indigalleria@gmail.com, and we shall get back to you at the earliest.
What happens if the work is not sold?
We want to maintain freshness on the portal. To provide equal opportunity to all artists, the artworks uploaded will be live only for 180 days on the website. If not sold within 180 days, they may be removed from the website. To keep them active, we request that you update the works within 180 days. A notification may be sent to you accordingly.
What should I do if I sell this artwork somewhere else?
In case the artwork that you have uploaded to IndiGalleria is sold somewhere else, we request that you immediately remove it from IndiGalleria. If it is not removed and it's sold on IndiGalleria as well, the responsibility to provide the artwork or refund the sale price to the buyer will be with you.
How do I know if my artwork has been sold?
IndiGalleria sends a notification to the artists through email and WhatsApp, or a call, if any of their listed artwork is sold online. Please make sure that your details, like email ID, address, and phone number, are always updated on our website.
How do I send the work to you? Is there a timeline for this?
You can send your artwork in the rolled or framed form to our registered office - Dwarka, New Delhi (India). The artwork should be shipped out within 24 hours of receiving the notification of sale. Please ensure you don't miss the timeline, as this might cause the cancellation of the order or affect customer relations and, in turn, future sales.
