"PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE" – The Feeling Series
This series of paintings is inspired by the profound concept of the Philosophy of Life. At the heart of each artwork lies a central dot, symbolizing the origin of Zero (Shunya), a concept that emerged from India and represents the beginning of all existence.
Surrounding this central point are circular waves or layers, representing the cyclical nature of life and death. These endless circles reflect the eternal motion of the universe, the constant flow of existence that never truly ends. Just like the Earth and cosmos revolve endlessly, so too does human life. It is this circular motion that mirrors the law of Karma, the principle that every action inevitably leads to a corresponding result.
Above the zero sits a divine symbol, representing the eternal, all-encompassing spirit, God, the guiding soul that governs the universe.
Vertical lines in the artwork symbolize virtuous actions, deeds that uplift and lead us to greater spiritual heights. The horizontal lines, in contrast, illustrate the duality of our choices. Whether positive or negative, every action bears fruit. Negative actions diminish our life's value, just as placing a zero to the left of the number one reduces its worth. Conversely, positive actions elevate us, like placing a zero to the right of one, transforming it into ten. This subtle mathematical metaphor reflects the spiritual truth that our intentions and deeds determine the direction of our journey.
Ultimately, this series serves as a reminder: the divine resides within us. To truly recognize the eternal spirit that permeates all things, we must first look inward and understand ourselves. Through self-awareness, we come to know the essence of life and the sacred unity that binds us all.
