At IndiGalleria, we always ensure that the artwork you see is the artwork you receive. If you have any doubts or concerns, you can request additional images or videos of the artwork before placing your order.
Order Cancellation
Typically, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, we do allow cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. Since processing begins immediately, please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Note: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. However, free cancellation may still be allowed upon request if the artwork has not yet been shipped.
Return Request
A buyer may return a piece only if it is received in a damaged condition. The damage must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order, and the artwork must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

About the painting and mythological history behind it -
In the above painting, the artist has shown Shiva Linga or Lingam, Nandi Bail (Bull), Trishul (Trident), and Damru (Two-headed small drum).
Lord Mahesha or Shiva has the power to destroy the world and recreate it through his dancing style Tandav which can be in either an Angry or Happy mood, also called Shambhu, Shankar, Mahadev, etc.
Shiva Linga or Lingam is an iconic representation of Lord Shiva in the form of a Murti (Statue) which can be found in Lord Shiva’s temples along with the Nandi Bull. Nandi, the bull is always facing Lingam with bells around his neck. Mostly it is made of a holy stone and people pour water, milk, flowers etc. on it to please the god.
Nandi Bail or Nandishwar is the Vahana (Vehicle) of Lord Shiva and gate protector of Mount Kailash which is his celestial abode. As per Vedic Puran Nandi is a warrior with a human body and the face of a bull.
It is said that Nandi was the main Guru of the eight Siddhas (Disciples) who were sent in different directions to spread the wisdom of Shaivism.
The figure of Nandi in Human form can only be found at the entrance doors of Shiva Temples in South India.
Trishul (Trident) is a short-handled weapon of Lord Shiva that represents the three aspects of consciousness – waking, dreaming and sleeping, and it represents the three Gunas (qualities) – sattva (modes of existence), Rajas (passion) and Tamas (inactivity, dullness or lethargy. The spirituality is beyond the three Gunas, but it holds the three Gunas (qualities) together. Tri means three and Shul means problems or suffering and the Trishul that destroys three-fold suffering.
The Damru (two-headed small drum) which is shown in the painting along with the Trident is known as the instrument of Lord Shiva. And it is believed that it was created by Shiva to produce spiritual sounds by which the whole universe has been created and regulated.
