This painting beautifully captures three women who seem to be friends and are also busy and self absorbed in themselves. One can be seen playing a musical instrument sitar, while other can be seen playing with butterflies and the woman in the middle is carefully observing a butterfly sitting on her hand.
The background has been kept very mild which makes the painting very sober and yet so enriching in its own colours and concepts.
